14-Day Return & Refund Policy
Not happy with your order? You can return it and get a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
What can be returned
- Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items can be returned under the same 14-day conditions.
What cannot be returned
- Stitched or customised orders made to your measurements, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Minor colour differences. Colours may vary slightly from images due to lighting and screen settings, and this is not treated as a defect.
How to return an item
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 318 8236472 or email highwayplusfashionstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- We will confirm your request and share the return address within 2 working days.
- Send the item back within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by you, except for damaged or wrong items.
Your refund
Once we receive and check the item, your refund is processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your bank account.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will pay for return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
